Own product strategy and roadmap for nebulaONE, an Azure-based enterprise AI and agent platform deployed across more than 100 tenants. Work covers healthcare, higher education, and security-conscious corporate environments.

  • Designed and built nebulaONE's model and agent evaluation application, used for thousands of evaluation runs, and delivered ONEchat as a native Microsoft Teams application.
  • Led product design for the Medical Imaging Agent, presented it at HIMSS, and demonstrated it to eight health systems, including Johns Hopkins and UCLA Health.

Technical Business Analyst

Led product development for nebulaONE's first version, researching and testing emerging model, retrieval, and agent capabilities through provider APIs and working prototypes.

  • Served as Product Owner and Program Manager for client ServiceNow environments, including an Employee Service Center, an HR learning-management solution, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Established Cloudforce's development partner process and authored three published articles on enterprise AI adoption, agent design, governance, and evaluation.
Founder & Product Architect

Founded Working Late to take client work from discovery through design, implementation, and UAT. Prototype retrieval systems, agent and multi-agent workflows, and visual workflow tools outside client work.

  • Designed and built NEV Digital for a healthcare expert-network client as the sole business analyst, product manager, architect, and engineer. The application replaces a manual intake and expert-matching process and is currently in client UAT.
  • Implemented a human-in-the-loop matching workflow in which vector search recommends experts and staff review and approve every match.

Built and deployed a custom React application on Azure as an early harness for vendor and AI APIs, providing employees LLM assistance within existing identity, access, and data governance controls.
